Meet Anena Sharon
Business coach, founder, trainer, and community builder — helping Uganda's entrepreneurs and young people grow with clarity and confidence.
Her story
Based in Gulu City, Anena Sharon works with founders, teams, and young people across northern Uganda, Kampala, and virtually nationwide. Her coaching blends practical business strategy with the mindset work that helps people follow through.
Her coaching is grounded in lived experience. In 2019 she founded Ajura Styles SMC Ltd, and eight years of running and growing businesses have shaped how she works — practical first, theory second. Along the way she has coached and mentored more than 25 founders and businesses, building communities where entrepreneurs learn from one another and where young people discover what they are capable of. Today her work spans one-to-one coaching, hands-on trainings, and the Superchild Program for teens and young people.
She believes growth should be grounded in real context — the realities of running a business in Uganda — not borrowed from a template.
